Zorten Software, LLC ("Zorten", "we", "us") is committed to protecting your privacy. This policy describes how our iOS apps handle your information.

Information we collect

Our apps do not collect, transmit, or store personal information on our servers. All content you create — including photos, audio recordings, and custom categories — is stored locally on your device or in your own Dropbox account if you choose to use that feature.

Photos and camera

Some apps request access to your device's camera and photo library to allow you to upload images. These images are stored only on your device and are never transmitted to Zorten or any third party by our apps.

Audio recordings

Some apps allow you to record voice prompts. These recordings are stored locally on your device and are not transmitted to Zorten or any third party.

Dropbox integration

Some apps offer optional Dropbox integration to allow you to share content with others. If you choose to use this feature, your content is transmitted to and stored in your own Dropbox account, subject to Dropbox's own privacy policy.

Children's privacy

Our apps are designed for use by professionals and parents working with children, not for direct use by children. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. Our apps do not display advertising or track user behavior for marketing purposes.

Analytics

We may receive anonymized crash reports and basic usage statistics through Apple's standard App Store mechanisms. This data does not include personally identifiable information.
